Here you can view real-time information in different formats.

Skyss app

Under Journey → Find journey, you will see the estimated real-time information if the service is not running exactly on schedule. The new estimated time is shown, and the original scheduled time is crossed out. You can also see exactly where the bus is on the map.

Under Journey → View departures, the departure status is indicated by a green, yellow, or red flashing circle. Green means the bus is on time, yellow means up to 3 minutes delayed, and red means cancelled.

Real-time information is currently available for the former Hordaland and Nordfjord areas. It will be added for Sunnfjord and Sogn in the summer of 2026.

Digital signs at the stop

We have digital signs at selected stops that also display in real time. Departures that do not have an estimated time available show the scheduled timetable in time format (hh:mm). All signs at stops are fitted with a loudspeaker, where those who wish can have the information on the screen read aloud.

The real-time signs show buses’ estimated departure times from the stop.

Useful information
In the event of major incidents affecting public transport, we inform about discrepancies in, among other things, the Skyss app, the travel planner and on digital signs at stops. You can find more information on how to keep up to date in the event of discrepancies in public transport, here.
