Ticket reimbursement

Did you purchase a ticket you cannot use?

If you are unable to use your season ticket or your cash travel balance, you may apply for reimbursement.

Is the refund about Kringom valuecard or Kringom travel card, contact the operator.

Skyss-tickets

You can get a reimbursementfor the remaining days on your season ticket. Reimbursement is calculated from the date you contact us.  

Single tickets and 24-hours tickets will not be refunded.
