In short
- We charge a NOK 100 administration fee for all refunds.
- The refund amount is calculated from the date we receive your request.
- Single tickets and 24-hour tickets are non-refundable.
- It is no longer possible to get a refund for travel credit on old Skyss cards.
Here’s how much you’ll get back:
- 7-day ticket: You’ll be refunded for the number of days remaining.
- 30-day ticket: You’ll be refunded for the number of days remaining.
- 180-day ticket: You’ll be refunded for the number of days remaining out of the 158 days you paid for, not the full 180 days the ticket is valid.
The ticket cannot be used again once it has been refunded.
When can I get a refund?
When you no longer plan to travel with us. For example, if you move, go on sick leave, or change your travel habits.
