Which types of personal data does Skyss process?

Customer information
This is your contact information, such as your name and telephone number. We need your name for the driver to be able to verify that they are picking up the right person, and we need your mobile phone number to give you information about your journey shortly before your pick-up.

Travel information

You fill out where you are travelling from and to, as well as when you are traveling, when you book a journey onwww.skyss.no/hentmeg

Access to personal data

Access to your personal data is limited and only used in connection with providing the service HentMeg.

In addition, our market survey partner may contact you, as the user, for an evaluation of the service.

Your personal data will not be disclosed to any third party unless we are ordered to do so by public authorities, but statistical, anonymized travel data may be used to map use of the service. This data cannot be linked to you personally.

Storage and erasure

Your personal data is stored for 100 days from the day your booking was completed. Travel data is deleted 100 days after the journey was completed, and registered users are deleted after 100 days of inactivity. You have the right to demand access to and rectification or erasure of the personal data we have stored about you.
