Lost/defective Skyss Travelcard

If you have lost your Skyss Travelcard or if the card is defective, you must let us know. You must be able to document that you are the rightful owner of the Skyss Travelcard in order to have your card with contents replaced. The rightful owner of a Skyss Travelcard is the person in whose name the travel card is registered, or who can document that he/she is the rightful owner by presenting a purchase receipt with card number and a bank receipt.

Defective Skyss Travelcard
If your Skyss Travelcard is defective or not working, you must fill in and send us the form below or contact one of our customer service centres to get a refund, if applicable, and order a new card. For Skyss Travelcards that are defective/ have stopped working, both the card and its contents will be replaced free of charge.

Lost/stolen Skyss Travelcard
If your Skyss Travelcard is lost or stolen, you must fill in and send us the form below to get a refund, if applicable, and order a new card. 

We will block the Skyss Travelcard for use and send you a new one by post. The Skyss Travelcard with contents will be replaced. A new Skyss Travelcard will be sent by post to your registered address within 3–4 working days, ready for use. Until you receive your new Skyss Travelcard, you will have to buy your tickets another way.
