The Skyss Travelcard is the only valid travelcard in Hordaland. The Travelcard can also be used on the Bergen Light Rail Service.
Personal and Anonymous Travelcards
You can choose between a Personal and an Anonymous Travelcard. The Personal Travelcard is registered in your name and gives you the right to buy personal travel products such as Periodic Travel and Youth Travel. Moreover, you can add cash to a Personal Travelcard, i.e. Cash Travel. Skyss refunds the value of the card if it is damaged/stolen, according to prevailing regulations.
It is not possible to add personal travel products to an anonymous travelcard. You can add cash, Cash Travel, and the card can have several users. If you lose an anonymous travelcard, the value of the card will not be refunded.
The Travelcard is sent by post free of charge, and cardholders can buy travel products once the card has been received.
